How to correctly remove paint lines from bitumen using a Galaxy 250 & Bushammers

Removing traffic lines from off bitumen can be challenging

Removing the paint from the bitumen requires equipment that is specifically designed to do so without leaving a shiny finish or an excessive recess in the surface

  • If the finish is too smooth like a ground finish with diamonds, the surface could become slippery when wet or reflect in the sun which could appear as a line.
  • If too much of the bitumen surface layer is removed and there is an excessive recess in the surface this can form a puddle and which could also look like a line in wet weather

Here we demonstrate how to use a Galaxy 250 paired with a bushammer to correctly remove a line so there is minimal chances of the above scenarios
