How to correctly remove paint lines from bitumen using a Galaxy 250 & Bushammers
Removing traffic lines from off bitumen can be challenging
Removing the paint from the bitumen requires equipment that is specifically designed to do so without leaving a shiny finish or an excessive recess in the surface
- If the finish is too smooth like a ground finish with diamonds, the surface could become slippery when wet or reflect in the sun which could appear as a line.
- If too much of the bitumen surface layer is removed and there is an excessive recess in the surface this can form a puddle and which could also look like a line in wet weather
