18 Point Steel Cutter for light texturing and paint removal

These carbon steel pointed flails of cutters are designed to remove coatings and membranes from off concrete and asphalt without unduly damaging the substrate.

The 18 tip pointed steel cutters can be set up in a general-purpose broom like finish for coating removal and light texturing of concrete. They are also the preferred cutter for removing waterproof membrane, rubberized coatings, and paint removal from steel decks.
