MIXPRO 28 2.2kW single phase floor screed pumping machine
Manufactured in France by Euromair, this unit is part of the Europro Range of continuous mixing pumps designed for multi bag mixes.
It can be disassembled in four parts, without tools, for simplified transport.
Dry product is added to the top and mixed in the water dosing chamber then pumped along the hose. Product flow-rate is up to 26L/min.
Powered with a 2.2 kW 15A single phase motor, this machine comes standard with the Mixer T26 rotor/stator capable of up to 16L/min and max pressure 25 bar. This yields around 50 – 70 20kg bags an hour.
The high flow Mixer 32 rotor/stator is capable of 28-30L/min and max pressure 25 bar. This yields around 80 – 130 20kg bags an hour.
These pump stators can accept grain size or aggregate size of up to 3mm.
The maximum hose length is subject to materials pumped, hose diameter, rotor/stator, as well as environmental factors such as height pumped, ambient temperature etc.
The maximum hose length for some thicker materials like plaster is as low as 15m, and pumping self levelling compound up one story will have a maximum around 30m. The maximum length on level ground with Ø32 hose in good conditions is around 100 meters.
The product is dosed by setting the flow rate of the water using the easy to read digital display dosage meter.
