Promotion Participation T&C’s

  1. Organiser
    The organisation and management of the draw is the responsibility of Floorex Products (Relbia Nominees Pty Ltd (ACN 120 689 376), with address at 11 Jennings Road, Swan Hill, 3585. ABN: 36372387275)
  2. Participants
    The draw is open to all persons of legal age who meet the requirements specified in the draw publication on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The organisers employees and their relatives may not participate in the draw.
  3. Draw Mechanics
    To participate in the draw, participants must follow the following instructions:
    1. Post a video, picture or story tagging Floorex Products
    2. Sending in videos of before and after pictures or reels.
  4. Participation Period
    The participation period for the draw begins on 20/08/2024 and ends on 02/09/2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.
  5. Prize
    The prize of the draw will consist of:
    $100 AUD off their next purchase with Floorex Products.
    The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
  6. Winner Selection
    The winner will be chosen randomly by the organiser using the Rafflys (AppSorteos) platform from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be drawn at 11 Jennings Road, Swan Hill, VIC, 3585 announced on 03/09/2024 at 12pm through a post on Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn, followed with a phone call to congratulate.
  7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery
    The winner may contact the company within a period of 12 months from the date it is announced on the brand’s social profile. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared without a winner or a redraw will take affect prior to a week after the initial draw. And a new winner will be contacted immediately by phone.
  8. Treatment of Personal Data
    The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organiser in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
  9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw
    The organiser reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, if they do not harm the participants’ rights. Likewise, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.
  10. Liability
    The organiser is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organiser is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.
  11. Acceptance of the legal terms
    Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant’s exclusion from the draw.
