Returns Policy

Floorex allows returns of products on a few conditions.

1. If an item is being returned because of incorrect advice given by Floorex or its advertising then we will happily refund all costs
2. If an item is being returned because of change of mind then the product must be returned
   • At the customers expense
   • in good order and condition and in the original packaging unless otherwise agreed on with Floorex
   • There is a 3% restocking fee
