Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using reliable courier services such as Fedex or Toll
- Flat rate: $25 for most items
- Bulky items and chemicals: May incur additional charges (calculated at checkout)

Available at our store locations. Visit floorex.com.au/contact-us/ for store addresses and hours. After placing your order, you’ll receive communication when your items are ready for pickup.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store. However, we can arrange international orders manually. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Returns, Changes & Cancellations
We accept returns for change of mind.
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- We offer refunds or exchanges
